In a recent meeting with Barb Gehring, co-pastor at Lombard Mennonite Church, Suzanne and I learned that this Sunday, June 22nd, they will welcome Dr. Jeffrey Trask, a speaker with expertise on reparations in the white church to speak during worship. Michael Crosby, pastor of First Mennonite Church in Champaign, IL, has recommended Dr. Trask to Illinois congregations.
We invite you all to attend the 10 am livestream of LMC's worship to hear
Dr. Trask INSTEAD of our 9:30 worship at CCMC in person or on Zoom.
Lombard Mennonite (LMC) livestreams their 10 am worship on a YouTube channel.
